About the job

We’re seeking a Campaign Manager to join our Integrated Campaigns Team based from our Manchester office (with regular travel to London). This is a growth role which has been introduced as the team has expanded rapidly over the past year, responding to the business becoming a more transactional marketplace with additional priorities.

The types of campaigns you’ll be working on will range from brand-led to product  (currently live with Value your Car), as well as reacting to key cultural moments to improve brand relevance amongst our consumers (EV Adoption). Campaign objectives range from brand/product awareness to consumer engagement and product conversion.

You’ll have the chance to work alongside the brand and product marketing teams to create integrated marketing campaigns, across paid, owned and earned channels. It’ll be your responsibility to brief and oversee the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success. This can include working with in-house channel owners, our design studio, as well as media and creative agencies.

Event activation is one of our marketing focuses over this coming year for engaging consumers in different ways. You’ll have the opportunity to come up with creative ways we can market  wider lifestyle events, as well as creating the experiential activations themselves, to build lasting connections with our consumers and memorable experiences.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous/current experience operating at a similar level as a Marketing Manager on B2C marketing campaigns end to end
  • People management experience – you’ll be managing a small team of marketing execs in this role.
  • Broader experience previously of working on integrated marketing campaigns in either a B2C or B2B environment.
  • Experience of managing relationships across a variety of different stakeholder groups outside of Marketing. (These can include, Product, Tech, Sales, Employer Brand)
  • Event management/execution experience, ideally with consumer-facing brands
  • Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
  • Budget management responsibility – particularly across media partnerships and events
