Part-Time Admin Assistant – Fixed Term Contract (4 months)

Purpose

The main purpose of the role is to work with the Head of Girls Football Development and wider team to support young girls develop; a healthier life, a happier life, new skills and experiences and a sense of belonging to people and place.

The role will assist the Head of Girls Football Development with the day to day admin and logistics required to deliver a high performing RTC and Girls Development Programme.

The Role

To support with the administrative duties within the Girls Regional Talent Club (RTC):
Player Registration (Whole Game System)
Match Day administration and organisation
Booking facilities
Ordering medical equipment
Parent Liaison
Updating and keeping PMA up to date
Process timesheets

To support the Head of Girls Football Development with all the logistical and day to day operations of the programme.
Develop and manage effective working relationships with key stakeholders including; The FA, County FAs, Timperley and District League and Premier League.
Work with the team to ensure all the required data is collected and inputted.
Ensure that good governance including the Foundation’s code of conduct is upheld in all activities.
Uphold and promote the Foundation’s Safeguarding policy and those of partners, working in conjunction with both Manchester United FC’s Safeguarding team and partner leads.
Any other reasonable duty as may be assigned that is consistent with the purpose of the role and its level of responsibility, including the ability to work flexible hours and travel.
The person
A minimum of two years’ experience working as a admin assistant.
Proven ability of engaging and forming strong partnerships with a range of stakeholders and individuals.
Demonstration of academic achievement in secondary and/or further education.
Strong functional skills in Mathematics and English.
Hard working, enthusiastic and reliable .
Ability to engage with parents.
The capability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to work effectively as an individual and as a team member.
